Villa Hortus is an eco-house with minimal heat loss. It uses innovative technologies  of energy saving. The house is heated by a ground source heat pump, ventilation system is made using a heat recovery system. Villa Hortus is also equipped with energy saving windows and doors. The main house is covered with a polycarbonate greenhouse that has a natural ventilation system. Inside the greenhouse, there are planted hardy plants, selected in a way that allows the house to stay full of flowers almost all year round. A greenhouse allows to protect the main house from the frost attacks in winter while reducing energy losses during the heating of the building.
