Master plan for a large university cluster on the banks of the Northern Dvina River. The compact campus area, located on the picturesque riverbank, encompasses numerous scenarios for recreation and sports activities. Activities for different target groups are provided, and the waterfront area becomes a place for meetings and socializing, adding diversity to the educational process. The landscaping prominently features traditional Pomor material – wood, and the bank of the Dvina hosts an exhibition of historical Pomor boats, known as karbasses. Special attention has been given to winter scenarios: there are warming stations, a year-round cafe on the waterfront, and the heart of the campus in winter becomes an ice rink.
