The upper all-seasonal park is designed primarily for those who live nearby. Despite the small size of the area, the park is spacious enough for that there was a place for residents of all ages. In quiet and green surroundings there are comfortable benches, a playground and a workout zone. In winter, green slope turns into a slide, and instead of table tennis there appears a mini-ice-rink. Small town square located along the lane, is envisioned as a lively urban space. For this purpose, there is an amphitheatre terrace and an urban stage. Also, there is provided a platform for conducting food markets, fairs and celebrations of the Moscow choral synagogue.
