Burgus village

Burgus village

Burgus village means “town-fortress” in Latin. This name perfectly describes the project. The unusual structure of the master plan was due to the shape and parameters of the site. We had the task of creating a vivid and memorable image, which would be able to clearly explain the concept of the village, while in the design task we had sufficiently high density. Narrow medieval streets, intertwined, houses with courtyards, Central square — it all works together creating a harmonious environment, reducing the discomfort of increased housing density. There is a “castle wall” all around the village — this is a parking lot, the upper part of which is a green promenade.
